H2O FOR ALL IN ST BRIGID’S HIGH SCHOOL
St Brigid’s High School is looking forward to running their H2O for All campaign during this new academic year.
H2O FOR ALL is a whole school initiative that aims to highlight the need for water in the diet. The Student Council were instrumental in setting up the school initiative along with the support and guidance of Ms Kelly (Acting Vice Principal) who developed the school water policy in consultation with staff and students
St Brigid’s High School have installed a new electric water cooler to ensure that all pupils and the school community have access to fresh drinking water. The school even went a step further to encourage water drinking by giving everyone a water bottle bearing the St Brigid’s High school crest.
The school feels that good hydration will help to reduce tiredness, increases levels of concentration and a more settled and productive learning environment.
