The Company Programme is a new after school club run which will be starting in November 2011. All Year 11 and Year 12 pupils were invited to apply to the programme, by stating reasons why they should be chosen, via email to Mrs D Grant (Head of CEIAG). The prgramme is organised by Young Enterprise and students will gain practical experience of business and enterprise through setting up and running their own real company.
- Run over 1 academic year.
- In their weekly meeting the students have the support Nick Hutchinson of BNL Productions: BNL Productions
- Students raise share capital to finance the company.
- The company designs and makes a product or service to sell to the public.
- Delivers aspects of work related learning.
- Helps to develop and evidence key skills and enterprise capability.
- Provides a real experience of business enterprise.
