Every class has a Form Teacher and each year group has a Head of Year who are supported of the Senior Management Team. Every class teacher will play an important role in pastoral care of each pupil.

The Heads of Year and Form teacher for Years 8 - 12 will move with their Form Groups, where possible. All year groups have one period per week for PSHE which is taught by the Form Teacher.
There are 5 x 20 min. a.m. registration sessions and 5 x 5 min. p.m. registration sessions taken by the form teacher, the roll is recorded using the computeriesed system "Lesson monitor" as part of the School Information Management Systems (SIMS).
Assembly takes place approximately once a month on a Wednesday. A range of external agencies such as Young Enterprise, Sentinus, Beam, NIFRS and PSNI provide programmes for Key Stage 3. In Year 11 &12 a structured, planned enrichment programme is provided during personal and social education classes.
Mr O'Hagan (Acting Principal) is the designated teacher for Child Protection.
